15. Boswellia/turmeric tea

Boswellia/turmeric tea: Turmeric is well known to have many healing properties including the treatment of joint pain and swelling and boswellia is an Ayurvedic medicine effective in the fight against joint pain. A teaspoon of turmeric powder added when cooking or to hot drinks or smoothies is an easy way to consume this as it has very little flavor altering properties. Both turmeric and boswellia have been known to negatively impact of blood thinning medicines so speak with your doctor first before adding this to your daily diet.
